Stellar Homes has several let properties throughout the south east of England, some of which are occupied by long standing tenants.

 

We feel that it is important to work together by utilising a non-prejudice assured short hold tenancy agreement we give our tenant’s piece of mind that they are treated fairly. Also we understand that problems can and do arise with properties at some point in time and individual circumstances can change, therefore we need to be able to respond to a variety of situations and adapt our policies for both parties to benefit.

Tenants Requirements:-
2x Professional independent references
Current employers address and reference
Copy of Identification (Photocopy)
Confirmation of Previous address (copy utility bill, less that three month old)
Previous Landlords reference (if available)
Security Deposit payment
